called my cell, no message, called back from same phone, got recorded message..."...the survey you called about has ended..." or something like that, press 9 to be removed from our list, so I hit 9. Doubt it will actually do any good though.

This call was made by phishing someone's phone number. It is a SCAM! I have bad this call from many other phone numbers. I let it go to voice mail. The recording was a female robo voice. There is nobody talking for a min or two, then the robo voice says "Sorry, I was putting my headset on. My name is Emily. I see you stayed at our resorts in the past. I am calling to offer you 75%..." to which I deleted the voice mail. I have been on NO resort trips or stays.
One of the local Cleveland station's news reporters fell victim to these people. They call you with this unbelieveable trips and only need a small "handling fee", of course you aren't in person so they want your credit card number for the small fee. The reporter mistakenly paid the fee and ended up getting over $500 worth of charges on her credit card. She had to cancel the card and go through getting the charges taken off.
This is a SCAM! These are criminals calling with the intention of identity theft, credit card numbers and stealing personal financial information. Do NOT fall victim!
Since 800Notes does not have a SCAM call type, I left it "unknown", but I do know this is a scam from Cleveland news reports.
