Call, three or four rings, hang up, no message. Has characteristics of a robo dialer. I've been blocking unwanted calls for years. I use a DigiTone call blocker. There have been a few numbers calling from out of state lately, same circumstances and not on 800notes.com. Looks like scammers and sales fools have started using new numbers. I stopped filing DoNotCall complaints years ago. Doesn't work. Block your own calls. My blocker doesn't allow the phone to even ring, it intercepts call and gives caller 8 seconds of silence then hangs up. Great if they are using a 800 number. They pay for call because it was connected.
