received call from this number, left it ring through because did not recognize number.  when tried to block it was still ringing, recording on at leave name ,number etc., could disconnect from their phone system.  is this something new? i ended up having to completely shut my phone down and turn it back on have no idea who they are.  this is complete garbage that we are being harassed in this way!!
