Who called from 2166994370

Didn't answer

I just answered it, said hello, and there was nothing on the other end of the line -- it hung up like a second later.

Did not answer

Didn't answer, added to block call list. Tryed to call the number, response-"call can't  be completed as dialed"

Number is not in service.  They just called my cell and I called back from a different phone.
