216-731-2601 is a front for a very persistent and annoying not-for-profit agency called The Purple Heart. They are RELENTLESS. This person calls and calls and calls and will not stop calling. I have spoken to her and asked to be removed from the list numerous times. The Caller ID is:  Kathleen Isabella   (216) 731-2601   25611 Lake Shore Blvd,  Euclid, OH 44132
