My God! I also got this number from Mr & Mrs Beach two days ago. I want to rent their apartment in NewYork,Thanks you so much Guys! I called them last Friday and they allowed my friend who lives in Queens to view inside of apartment. So I will pay them money after checking. The booking money is $600.
I've got this number from an apartment agent in New York. On May 5th I transferred money to their bank account for the reservation and room's deposit and they said that he/she gonna send the receipt to me but they haven't sent me anything yet. So I'm afraid that they will cheat my money.
Any news? Did you hear back from them?? Can you pkease tell me when you are planning to rent their apartment? I am also planning to rent from them.. thank you!
