I returned the call and talked to the lady from Direct Energy ... we had this number call us twice this week .... she said people have to be very specific and say they they would like to be placed on the Do Not Call list. Otherwise, it's not "official." Yup.
I get a call almost every day. My number is residential, but they do not seem to care. Sometimes they even hang up as soon as I say hello. This call is definitely a nuisance.

These people call our business, sometimes EVERY day, regarding our National Grid Account wanting us to switch some kind of plan. I;ve asked repeatedly for them NOT to call, they just keep calling..Nuisance calls
