Who called from 2167778629

This number has called a couple of times, no message.  Possibly a "real" number that has been spoofed because there is an assigned name associated with that number.  Could possibly be legit, because I don't see any other reports on the net.  Anybody else get a call from this number?

this numbers called me four times but i don't know the number and so i don't pick it up. no messages either.

He calls more than he should. Not sure what he wants. However I never answer because I have caller ID
