Been getting calls from this number as well as from a number (508) 281-0000, which I believe to be the same company. I'm pretty sure it's life insurance. If you answer, the recording asks you to provide contact info so they can "get back to you"
We are receiving calls from this number on our police, fire AND 911 emergency lines. Solicitations for Family Choice and Senior Choice life insurance. If anyone knows how to reach them back please post.
We are also receiving these calls both internally and on associate's cell phones. We believe it is a company that has access to this type of information and not a random series of dialing patterns. I have done a google search of "Family Choice Program 800-1212" and the results come back to Assurant Health, their customer service number is 800-800-1212. They partner with several Medical/Dental Service providers doing business in NE Ohio.
I am getting phone calls from 216-800-1212 and am not able to call it back. The caller ID says OHIO CALL. The last call was on a Friday night 3/28/2008 at 8:05 pm.
