This number called this morning. Guy identified himself as Andy. Sounded automated. Said he was from American Disabilities, then asked if I could hear him, then the line went dead. Strange
Don't answer this call. There's a scam going around. They'll ask if they can hear you and after you say yes, they'll go on for another minute and hang up or hang up right away. What they're doing is recording your voice saying "Yes" then using it for getting your information.
