2-19-2015- A woman called me from this number saying they have court papers with my name on it but she couldn't give me any information because it was sealed for my protection. If I wanted to know anything, I should call 888-254-1626. My caller ID said University Hosp and when I asked her if she was actually calling from University Hospital or where she was calling from, she said she didn't know, that she didn't even dial the number.

Did a little research and they are using a I.P. web based phone system that can piggyback legitimate companies phone systems. It is up to the owner of the phone number to stop the hack or they can keep going. It is really tough to trace because they use a revolving I.P. address. Sooner or later they will get caught but till then the calls keep coming.
Ahhh the calls.
