They called my phone and when I called back they stated that they are a law firm...I work in collections and they are a scam, as well as violating the FDCPA. Don't pay them anything. They wont provide company name or address. So than they called me from another # 407-217-1012. They are spoofing there identity. I am filling a complaint with the attorney general, they are stating they go by the name of Washington Recovery Services but would not provide me with there license # to operate in there state. They are also using alias names. What kind of company doesn't have a VM before you call in....they are probably working out of a house as they wouldn't let me speak to a manager. This is a company that someone started to try to collect on debts. DO NOT PAY THEM. For each violation they will be fined when I file this lawsuit.
They called me and said they were Delaware Asset Management and they were going to have me arrested on a civill
liability warrant? no such thing as far as I can find. They are trying to get me to pay for a debt that was discharged in 205 in a chapter seven bankruptcy I filed after my wife died of cancer, the medical bills were over 300k
