They call and hang up after two rings. I called back while blocking my number but they don't accept calls from blocked numbers. So I blocked them permanently because I don't take calls from people I don't know or those who are not reputable to leave a message.

Got a call from them last night on my work phone; no message left. I give out that number to businesses and organizations that I don't want to have my personal number, so likely this is some sort of telemarketer.
Purports to be collections from the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper. Said recent payments had not "gone through" and I still owed from last year, despite emails to the contrary.
