This guy Just called me and stated he is sending the police to arrest me at work for a payday loan. He didnt even have my correct social security number. Speaks broken english
this guy is a hack for a payday loan co i guess but he is an idiot who threatens you with bodily harm...wtf?it was like $120 they lent me then hit me up every week for $90...i was stupid but dont threaten me.damn
Some guy called and called himself officer Nick with some kind of law firm of the USA legal dept. He had a very heavy accent (India?). He rambled all my personal information into my answering machine (which I believe isn't legal because anyone who does that needs to verify who you are before giving out any personal information over the phone. What if he had called the wrong phone number?) I picked up the phone and asked for his location and badge number and what it was in reference to.. and he talked over me. He wouldn't answer any question directly. Only thing he gave me was ID 5436BV405. Then when I asked him more direct questions he got huffy and hung up on me. lol I think this might be for the payday loan I did online, I had to close my account. Wow.. what a NICE way handle things. There is the mail and actually telling the truth as to why a person call. How shady is that?
Some lady call me from this number 2169200512 saying the same thing. They are going to send the police to my job and home to collect money. I did borrow money from payday loan last year. They were talking money out my account.
