this time it was a human leaving message (unlike others) Id'ing herself as Investigator Morgan. Stating she is trying to verify informationfor Pretrial paperwork in her office. and that I have fraud charges to be filed - All the typical crap they state.
She said to call the client at the same # that she supposedly called from. It amuses me when they say that because right there they are telling you they are not actually at that number.
I'll wait for my so called summons as we all have been waiting for years and I have not heard anyone that has..
As you can see thru all of these the M.O. is the same. SCARE with the hope of someone paying. We just need to stay stong and know they are as real as Unicorns.
Interesting .. I tried calling 216-920-7705 using *67 and got a funky sound -- never went thru.. I tried call the OK # 539-664-7349 and I talked to Nicole Brown who I decided to probe for information.. she said Id'd as law office. I then asked the name of the company she said GMA and Associates. and I reached the NC office. She said they have 4 other office is 4 different states. (NC, AL, OK and OH and Washington DC?? that is 5 so called locations ) I asked for the location here she at first refused then gave me an address of:
2654 Tyvola Rd, Pine Tree NC .. she asked why I was calling -- I said I had a summons for her... that is when she gave me the address. I tried to locate that address and guess what -- as normal no such address.. Pine Tree is not a city in NC but Tyvola is in Charlotte.
Within 5 mionuts dispite using *67 I get a call from 216#. I never said my name on any of the #'s, they asked for me and I said I can take a message (sounded like the same lady) she just hung up on me.. no other calls.
I do notice that when you push back they get a bit nervous and they do not like it.. We all MUST stay strong and fight these crooks.
Received another call from femaile -- stated she was working for her client GMA & Associates.. that she is a locator.. once agian they disclose their information without verifying who they are actually talking to.. I asked where they are located and she said she does not disclose that -- I in return said neither do I .. her job title was State Locator..
They have ID'd to me as GMA & Associates or simply GMA. I also had then say Goldman & Associates. Found anotehr possible company of Gellman Moss & Associates in Florida
