Got a call from this number this morning, called ID showed "Rance Ashley". No clues, but would be interested to know who/what this call might be about. Anyone have information?
Got a call from this number this morning, called ID showed "Rance Ashley". No clues, but would be interested to know who/what this call might be about. Anyone have information?
I answered that call a couple days ago.... being fooled by the name "Ashley". The caller was reading a script.... not too well either... had a heavy accent as well. He identified himself as with "Microsoft" and they had determined that my computer had some kind of issues (accent problems.... couldn't understand him well) so they needed to take over my computer and fix. I told him that IF he thought I believed him, I had a bridge to sell.... and hung up!
Just got the same call today..I told him he was crazy to think I'd do what he was telling me to do..basically get in my computer and follow his guide ..yeh, right!
