Agent Diggs just called me saying he has 2 felony complaints on me with the request that felony charges be filed through my parish on Monday. Never stated what agency he works for. It doesn't make sense how he is going to file felony charges through my parish and he lives 15 hours away. Also why is he even being contracted by my parish to handle a case.... Since when does anyone contact you through a phone call to alert you that you have felony charges pending against you and you can clear it up by sending "agent diggs" some money. All I could do was laugh to myself as I listened to the message. This is obvious BS. Who is falling for this BS and sending this man money. He wont be getting any of mines, that's for sure.
I received a phone call from this Agent Diggs this morning phone number 216-930-4546 telling me that he got some documents ready to send to my county for a payday loan on 2012 he said this is a felony and all courts expenses will be paid by me, but he offer me to settle for $265.00 over the phone and want me to pay with my debit card this money, but I never received any documentation or any information about this issue by mail like normally happen, I believe they some way got all these information and are scammers.......
