Who called from 2169911574

This number keeps calling.

I got a call from this number, and nobody was on the other end of the line. The call lasted 10 seconds. When I tried to return the call to see who it was, a recording answered saying "this number was not in service". This is very puzzling.

spoofed number...very common to hide their true identity....they use disconnected numbers for caller ID...rotten tomatoes.

Spoofed number.  No message left

It's a scam number. I actually answered it because I was waiting on a call. He was pretending to be with the police asking for donations for kids with teddy bears. I messed with him a bit then hung up.
