Same thing here but they gave me a different call back number. 404-400-7603. I looked that up on 800 notes and that number is a scam attached to two other numbers. Cross reference those here and you'll see.
Got a call from this number 2172030354 claiming to be Chapman Financial about serving me papers a t home or work. I do not know who this is or what it is about. Never have received any letters from this company. This seems like a scam call to me.
You are not called ahead and told of a court "summons" or that a "process server" wants to serve you. Simple solution. Call your local courthouse directly, and ask them if there is a court case in your name. The people there will gladly tell you that this is a scam. I would suggest that you take the time to learn what you should already know about debt collection, and while using the following links. make sure you report this criminal activity:
