Who called from 2172101452

I got a call from this number yesterday asking if they had my support for a certain state Republican candidate and then asking if I had received my absentee ballot.  I did not request an absentee ballot.

Identified self as being with Victory IL, a republican voter mobilization organization.

They seem aware of phone answering machines.  Hanged up after the third ring, answering machine never went off.
ONLY phone number showed up, nothing about Victory IL.  etc.

The agency or person who uses the above phone number needs to stop calling people

Have had many calls from this # the past week. I asked one lady to put me on do not call list. She said ok. Then I got a call from a male and asked him the same and he told me political are exempt.Wanted me to answer some questions, did not say what kind of questions. I hung up. This is my  my cell  phone #. Today I did not answer but they did leave voicemail. I will check it after 9pm in order NOT to use my precious daytime minutes. I may start calling them after 9pm and solicit donations for the local hookers society. They gave before.
