Who called from 2172211211

No one answers, leaves no message, can't call them back. Several calls over the last few days. Don't know what's up, but suspecting some sort of scam.

called my cell multiple times.  Called it back from my work phone and message says number not in service.  Some type of scamer I guess.

I just got the same.

Got a call today at 4:31 p.m. Didn't answer & no message was left.

I have had it with 217-221-1211 calling my number and it saying disconnected when I call them back. Am checking into filing a harassment charge against them. I am on a do not call list and they are bluntly ignoring it. It is also harassment to call me at least 3 times a week.
