Who called from 2172804288

Caller asked for person who lives here.  They were away, so caller said they would call back later.  Unknown if this is a legitimate call or some sort of scam.  Caller ID showed "NUFIC".

We got the same call - they keep calling.    They won't talk to me and won't give any information.   Only want to speak to my husband.

Refusing to talk and to give information is one of the characteristics of a scam operation.  No legitimate business employs those tactics.  I blocked the number.  If they really want to contact us, they can use the U.S. Mail.  If they don't know our address, then they have no legitimate reason for calling, and especially for calling over and over again.

Receiving 2 calls daily from the above number.purports to be with USBank-Customer Service; I hang up on them but they continue to call at least twice a day.  I may cancel accounts with USBank if calls continue.

They called and I did not answer. Called it back and a recording answered with "National union fire insurance co."
