I have received over 20 calls from this number. A reverse lookup finds the number is an inactive number assigned to a University of Illinois building switch in the Ceramics Engineering Lab. The number that is on your cid and the name of the caller are both fictitious. It isn't the National Rifle Association or any other entity in the United States. It is a scammer from a foreign country using a spoofing software package over a VOIP connection (satellite).

IMC is located in the US, and has been hired by the National Rifle Association to raise funds. I suggest that you might want to not depend on certain types of reverse searches since they are extremely unreliable.
