They can even look @ ur credit and get your home phone number because it will be listed on your credit. When you get a house phone in your name, the phone number becomes part of your account number and they can figure it out...
Let me also clarify that debt collection agencies now use local dialers which means they are calling from a toll-free number but it will show up to you as a local area code.
