This number has been calling sporadically for some months now.  No messages are ever left, but I'm always stumped when I see a strange name and area code on the Caller ID.

Today I happened to answer the call and they were inquiring about "property that we sold in 2005."
I asked who the woman was calling on behalf of and she said her own personal company (no name given) and was acting on behalf of several international investors.

She also asked whether we were still receiving monthly payments for the property.  I was clueless as to what this was regarding.
