You are actually accessing the dial-up internet system. The actual calls that you are receiving are not coming from this number (217-364-7134), but the scammers have a way of using these numbers to show up on caller id. There are a lot of dial-up numbers around the country that are being used in this way.
These people ask for my husband and when I say he is not available and ask if I can take a message he hangs up on me everytime! On caller ID phone it says Out of Area but it does give me this phone #.
