Who called from 2173936002

A women with an accent called about what hospital I been to. She said It was a survey. I ask her name and where she was calling from. She said Arizona. 217 showed up on my ID and that is not  an Arizona zip. I knew it was a scammer and start asking crazy questions and she hung up. I had another call like this yesterday.I brought new phone with a blocker on it and i bock those numbers.

Caller asked to speak to me by my name.  Said she was conducting a survey of current issues affecting Illinois citizens.  I declined.
