Keep getting calls from this person for the past two weeks or so. I've only answered twice out of the 10 or more times they've called. I asked who they were, but couldn't understand what they were saying the first time. It sounded as if they were speaking Spanish, but I couldn't understand because they were speaking to low. The second time was today and it sounded like they said they were looking for someone I really don't know at all. They were speaking english, but I still couldn't tell what they were really saying. Both times I told them they had the wrong number and hung up.
Caller spoke in a heavy accent that sounded Arabic, although I'm not sure if it was or not. After some indecipherable gibberish, he finally got around to "offering" me international calling in very broken English. Told him I wasn't interested and he hung up. Something tells me that's not really what he wanted.
It was a company that provides pre-paid phone calls mainly international. They keep calling me with offers despite telling them many times that I'm not interested and asking them to remove me from their calling/mailing/junk list but they never do.
Not sure how to end it...any ideas?
