Female caller asked for me by first name ( a name I use only when I apply for focus groups ). Identified herself as calling from some health insurance company & asked what type of insurance I was seeking. (I didn't recognize the company & knew I hadn't requested any call/information.) I asked her if this was something I has asked for because I didn't remember doing so & she said I must have enquired online. I just said I hadn't & she said 'thank you' & hung up. Rec'd another call from same # about an hour later; did not answer.

Said that they were C.P. Investors said that I owed them money for a loan that I took out in 2008 I tried to tell the lady that I didn't take out a loan in 2008 I was only 17 then. She told me that if I didn't handle this matter in the next 24 hours then I would be going to jail. I calmly told her once again I didn't take out a loan and to mail me the papers for court they never mailed me the papers just keeps calling me or sending me threatening emails.
If you KNOW you owe no money, or believe the call was from a fake debt collector, please take the time to read this:
