I've gotten several calls from them. They claim they are with Ameren UE but are in Decatur Illinois. They asked me very personal questions such as wanting my meter reading, my billing address, etc. I hung up on them and called Ameren UE who said they really didn't know of any companies in Decatur and warned me it could be a smaller electric company trying to get my business. There is a facility that is in Decatur Illinois but I'm not sure if they are connected to Ameren UE.  My bill would say Ameren, but the money would go to that company. I'm not sure they are legit or not.
