This is a man named Owen Dooley. He is a man who gets on as many dating sights as he can and puts out ads looking for women. When he meets a woman he will sweep you off your feet at first. It took him about 4 months to finally ask me for money. Like a dummy I fell for it. This man has scammed me out of thousands of dollars and I believe he is still on the sites.
