Who called from 2174583418

This number comes up Unknown and they call everyday, they will hang up when you answer so it seems stupid that they even call.

Multiple automated calls everyday, then hangs up when answered.

Same, it's driving me nuts.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Knew my address, asked about car insurance information because I was getting a "35% discount"  I asked why he didn't already know the make and model of my vehicle or what insurance company I use, and he gave no clear answer.  I then asked, jokingly, if this was ISIS due to the man's accent, at which point he promptly hung up.
