They have hacked businesses, hospitals, government to get account numbers and personal information to use in these transactions; they "like those that scam Uber" use apps to get personal information. They always call when people are busy, in busy traffic etc. to distract knowing that vulnerable or stressed people will say things that they can use for their benefit. They call on personal and cell phones.
