Yep, a double-number. Instead of a name on the CID, the "phone" number appears and appears again UNDER that number. Always a sign of a bogus call. There was no answer when I picked up and I decided to call the number back for more info. As someone above said "You have reached a disconnected #......." So they are spoofing #. And just for info purposes, Area Code 217 is in Illinois.
