Said they were a eloan business...Indian man calls getting information on loans you might of signed up for online stating your approved and then calls back a day later saying they had technical problems in finance department...fraud company.

The caller identifies as an eloans.com representative, says he has a loan application and you have been approved.  He says you need to make and advance payment to get your money deposited in ypur bank account.  Days later you get another call from the tax department requesting another payment.  This is a scam.

Yes I got scammed by eloan.  They don't give out any money but the companies that they refer don't realized that get hijacked from...they have On line like 3rd party...scammers pretend they get into the system get your info.. he say ed that in order for you to get this loan you need to get the vanilla card from 7 eleven or Walgreens ....so like an idiot that I am... I wire money on it like 100.00 perhaps may next 150.00 & another to get approval. ..so rediculous. .. I learned my lesson.... I got scammed. ..please people.... WATCH OUT !!!..

The person identified himself as a eloan represenative. He said his name is david white. He has a strong indian accent. He says I am qualified for a loan but that I must first make a first months payment using a green dot moneypak paypal card. He said once I have done that they would deposit my loan into my account within an hour. After an hour he calls back & says that I must pay more money using another green dot card for the taxes because my credit score was not real high but that they will give the money back with the loan once I have done that. After doing so he gave a card number to me & tells me to call another phone number to activate card & to give them pin number so they can put money on the card & deposit it into my account. It turns out that the card number was invalid. They give me another card number & that one is invalid to. I then call BBB & find out they have an "F" rating and it is illegal in the USA to ask for those fees. I call eloan back & tell them this. He says my money will be put into my account within an hour. I call back & he hung up on me when I tell him my name & ask where is my loan. I attempt to call back but it would go straight to a busy signal. I attempt to call several times with the same result. I then call from my wifes phone & the call goes through & he answers so I ask for a refund. He says he will refund the money within the hour but once again not true. I attempt to call back again from my number & my wifes number but all our calls go straight to a busy signal. So I call eloan back using my neighbors phone & the call goes through. He answers & I ask why are our numbers blocked & I demand to be given a refund. He hangs up without comment again. I attempted to call him back several times from my neighbors phone but it would ring for awhile than it would hang up without even going to voicemail. Lesson learned the hard way!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! ELOAN IS A SCAM!!!! I have reported my incident to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU & they said they would contact them on my behalf but I don't expect any results as far as getting my money back unless I take them to court myself which may cost more than what I have already lost!!!
