Same as above. Receive phone call couple of times i don't answer and they don't leave msg

Cio call center. Left no message.

Got call from this number on my land line.  Yes, I still have a land line.

Just did a call back on the number and got through.  Message on their system said it was the "AFL-CIO Call Center"  and please leave a message. then said the memory was full.  What truth there is to any of that message is unknown, but it might be something.
