Got a call from these people insisting they were from Microsoft. At first it was a different number and they switched to this on last call. I blew them off several times but I decided to give a chance. They showed me viruses on my computer. I made a huge mistake of letting them have access. I got uncomfortable I unplugged my computer and Internet to stop th from having access. I then call Microsoft they said it was a scam they would never call me. So I got everything resolved. They are very convincing. I feel foolish but I can pass on experience to others.
