Keeps calling.  Caller ID states DIR ASST IL whatever that is!  Called 8 times yesterday and 3 times so far today.  Wish I could give more information-but I don't answer if I don't recognize the number or name.
Having 555-5555 for a number really sounds "SCAM" too me.
