Who called from 2175576646

It was a recorded message on March 7th, from the Dept of Illinois revenue stating that we need to contact them about our tax return. Called number 50 times recieve busy signal.

I answered call but noone aswered. Tried to call back number but it disconnects before it even rings.

217-557-6646.  Caller ID showed IL ST OF  they said nothing.  Then they called back rang one time and that is all.  Called the number back and was a fast busy

Same thing happened to me today. Called the # back and my phone stopped working.

Sounds like it's our TAX $$$ at work.  Being WASTED - what good is a robo dialer if it never connects to and person OR leaves an intelligible message!
