Received a call from this number and my caller ID said it was the Country Club with what looked like a local number from the Champaign, IL area. It was an outbound call center agent from 1-800-FLOWERS with a "courtesy call" for my husband to remind him to send me flowers for my birthday. When I called the number back the rep answered the phone by saying "Hello (my husband's name here)". I asked to speak to a supervisor to find out why what I thought was a reputable company would hide their identity on caller ID. His only explanation was that the calls were routed through a local number so that it was a local call if you wanted to call them back - which is alot of double talk and makes no sense since the company they are representing is supposed to be 1-800-FLOWERS which is a TOLL FREE NUMBER so there IS NEVER A CHARGE WHEN YOU CALL IT!!! This just seems very strange to me.
