English was extremely terrible. Said he was calling to do a warranty checkup on my (he had the correct year and model of my car). He wanted to know approximately how many miles I had on my car. I said "excuse me?" and he repeated the same exact sentence. I said, "the warranty on my car is just fine." He said thank you and hung up.

Many calls until I answered today. Someone with a thick Indian accent knew the make and model of my car and asked me my mileage. Said I didn't know, didn't know why they needed to know, then hung up. Likely some kind of scam. Hope law enforcement can do something. Live in FL now, where I bought my car, but I still have an Illinois area code. Don't know how they found me or new any info about me or my car.
I have a cell with 217 area code and this number has called me once a week for the past month even though I don't pick up. The first time it called I got no answer but message about office closed and pacific time hours. This is annoying to say the least.
