Who called from 2176130000

I am 100% sure a nigerian scammer calls from this number. Number appears to be a fax machine when I call it back.

I kept getting back to back calls  for two days srtaight from a man claiming to be from Ghana offering me money to go to Ghana

I just receive a call from this number and I search on the web and keep this page.
When I see, you imagine it's a nigerian scammer, I think maybe it's my brother in Ghana, haven't not credit on his mobile and use an other mobile; he do that often.

I verify and call my friend. Yes, he flash me with the driver's mobile, tro-tro from Accra.
I call him immediatly (on his personnal  mobile phone) and I hear, he is in tro-tro for sure !
I know him very well and Ghana also, I'm Ghanaian.
This number +1 217-613-0000, I don't how is possible but it's coming from the mobile of the driver in Ghana, Great Accra !

I have recieved calls from this number and one other number.  It's the same person. I get call all hours of the night and during the day.  I just want the calls to stop.

I recieved a call from this number anddid a reversed telepnone search.It appears to be made from  Emden Illinois.
