I just read on another website that it's a "ROBO-CALL" ... If you answer, then someone puts your phone number on a list to be sold to other advertisers. Best they can say is not to answer unknown phone numbers...
They say you won some stupid contest you never entered. Scam. You can't win a contest you don't enter, not to mention they shouldn't be calling my minor child.
