Recorded message from "DBC Researc," claim to be conducting a survey about social media use. I hung up. I cannot find anything about the company on the Internet.
Quit after 2 rings. Left no message. Search revealed it is from Sangamon Cty Illinois. One source says cell, another says land line. Have had a call from this area that was from Children's Cancer Recovery, a low quality charity, and another one that likely was a legit survey company.
You do realize that looking up the "real" location of the phone number is futile, right? They could really be calling from the other side of the earth and still have your Caller ID basically show any name or number they like.
