The recorded message I heard in response instructed me to press 1 to speak with an auto insurance agent. I pressed 1 and waited less than 10 seconds before hearing, "This is Savannah." I said, "Hi, Savannah, this is Kathy and I was busy working when I got this call on my personal mobile. Visit KathyJean.net and have a great day." Then I ended the call.
