Called about a settlement and I should choose between $20, some sort of credit or I could choose not to be a participant. A little different than others. I did not choose any, just blocked the caller
A recording saying something along the lines of "a payment was released to your account and has not been accepted and is now pending cancellation. Press 1 to accept." Caller ID lists it as from "NEXTIVA"
Auto message stating our business is set up for inspection between 4 and 4:30 pm and if we have any questions, to press 1. I hung up. No name on the caller id.
Got the same call this morning. I did not press 1, just hung up. So glad that I looked up this number, I will not be answering at all if they call back.
Same call east Tennessee. Like some other resent scams it asks for a response. As in can you hear me? Or press 1 for info. It is fishing . Be safe. Always check caller ID at least for area code and report all calls like this.
