This is apparently a new line for credit collection partners in Illinois. They have such lovely reviews on here as is. Trying to scrounge up debts that are beyond state statues an so on. They're super pleasant on the phone too!
Never anyone on the other end when I answered. looked at notes and called them back. asked what they wanted and they asked for my birthday for verification and I said I wasn't giving that out over the phone when I don't know who it was or what it was about. she said then we will just keep calling you until you give it to us. so I said I guess I will just block the number then and she replied "we will find new ones. have a good day." and hung up.
All of the same experiences: no one is ever on the other end, calls at least 3 times a day and is on my block list. Leaves an empty voicemail and today they called my job not even sure how they got the number ugh
Very nice woman named Hailey called, looking for my ex husband from 19 years ago. Company is called CCP. Credit Collection Partners. I asked how she got my number and she said "it's skip tracing for the people who were ever involved with the person they are looking for and they are trying to get new info for the person they are looking for". Clever.
