Answering machine picked up, there was a beep and nothing else.  Call disconnected.

Got a call from this number. Located near the Lincoln Correction Prison. Is it a related call?
Number belongs to a A Davenport
1105 N State Street
Lincoln, Illinois

Been getting these calls regularly last month or so.  Never pick up and no message left on answering machine.

picked up the phone but I didn't answer right away.  Then the caller hung up as I said hello.  Caller ID said, Davenport A (217)735-2128.  Then I started getting more telemarketing calls with no caller ID a few minutes later. Coincidence?
