CID say Jacksonville, IL although the number is probably hi-jacked. Left no message. Call back says the survey ended.

called my cell phone and hung  up after I answered, it is happening a lot to me lately

Left no message... called back and they said that the survey is completed....

after I said hello, an automated message started saying i won a trip to disney...only way to stop the call was to hang up as the automated message rambled on
