They had to disclose they weren't with the Rauner campaign. In other words the robocalling could be deliberate by strategy to annoy the voters making it appear Rauner has rude phone people etc...
A not-very-bright individual called at nearly 6p, I answered:Hello. Several seconds elapsed, finally the caller says:Hello.
Great. It sounds like a wild party going on in the background, I mention that to the caller. She goes quiet for maybe 8 seconds, then she hangs up. Pure genius.
"Unavailable" (caller ID) called..........if you've got a "legit" need to call me, have a title or leave a message. Otherwise, you are not welcome to use my phone number and my time to delete you. Privacy and common sense are lost arts. Leave YOUR home number.
